Rita O'Rear has joined Keller Williams Realty!!!

Rita O’Rear has lived in Hamilton County for over 30 years and has served the area as a Realtor since 1989. Her specialties include waterfront properties, farms, large acreage homes, first-time buyers and investment properties.  

Committed to serving her clients and to offering the best skill and expertise available in real estate, Rita continually expands her knowledge of the market. Her recently completed courses cover subjects such as technology, investment, seniors and second homes.

Throughout tough economic times and an uncertain market, RitaO continues to grow successfully by her commitment of service to her clients and to her expertise in real estate.

Outside of her work in real estate, Rita enjoys gardening, watercolor painting, concerts, and most importantly, spending time with family. Rita is the proud mother of 5 grown daughters and has two grandsons.  She has been married for 45 years to her husband, Bob. Because of her genuine understanding of and sensitivity to the needs of a family, Rita is renowned for not just excellent business transactions, but also for helping families find their perfect homes.
